UK orders we deliver that are available in stock using next day service providing order is processed before 2:30 PM. International orders are generally processed and shipped on a 2 day delivery schedule using Fedex.

If your order is urgent we can provide a courier service for same day delivery or if required a range of secheduled before specific time, we would suggest you call us directly to ensure stock is available and to obtain information on the delivery options available

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
