BUSINESS OPERATIONS

We would like to ensure all of our customers that we are still in operation and proving the best service possible despite the current global situation and we working tirelessly to maintain good working standards in these difficult times.

To-date we have seen little disruption in our supply chain and are still receiving goods from our Manufacturers and Partners.

GOVERNMENT ADVICE & SAFETY

Employees at Saratota Ltd have been set up to work remotely and will continue to assist with Sales, Technical and Accounts Queries and we will continue to monitor Government advice on the evolving situation.

The safety of our staff and customers is of the upmost importance and we are actively working to protect all persons connected with Saratota Ltd at this vital time. Supporting and Serving our customers to the best of our ability has been and will continue to be important to us.

DELIVERIES

Goods Outbound staff are working to alternate limited schedules and will be dispatching orders from our facility on selected days to reduce contact and maintain safety standards to fulfil customer orders.

Some Orders may not be delivered “Next Day” and there may be short delays in delivery.

We continue to use DHL as our Courier for Domestic and International shipments.
